Where we work
Two counties, one mission
YSDAK operates in Homabay and Kisumu Counties in western Kenya, reaching children and youth in both urban and rural settings.

Homahills Project — Homabay County

Community-based programmes focusing on health education, youth empowerment, and support for vulnerable families in the Homabay region.

TCLB Project — Kisumu County

Education sponsorship and child welfare programmes based in Kisumu, including the flagship Jamilo School that serves the local community.

Governance
Led by purpose
YSDAK is managed by a board of directors whose mandate is policy formulation and oversight of programme operations. The board works closely with the secretariat, headed by the Programme Director, with staff and volunteers managing day-to-day operations.
